This home in Philadelphia had a sunroom which was rarely used because it was small and drafty.
The old sunroom was removed and replaced with a larger room with energy efficient windows and radiant heat in the floor. This light-filled space is the new family room.
A master bath was tucked into the eaves of the second floor and a dormer on the back of the addition adds headroom for a walk-in closet.
